Ben first became interested in aviation when he started to imagine a career in the military flying jets.
He flew a plane for the first time with Giving Kids Wings in fall of 2020. Once the COVID lockdown began to ease in 2021, he climbed right back into the cockpit – this time, a glider – and he has pursued his dreams of flight ever since.
Right now he's working toward a PPL-G (Private Pilot's License, Glider). Ben’s long-term aviation goal is to earn his CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) and ultimately fly for an international airline. He loves world travel! He also enjoys robotics.
