Ben V took his first flight with Giving Kids Wings Flight Academy in 2020.
He soloed for the first time just a week later! In 2021, after the COVID lockdown, climbed right back into the glider cockpit and has fervently pursued his dreams of flight ever since.
His instructor has praised Ben’s dedication and achievements. The day after his first solo, Ben flew for over two hours and surpassed 10,000 feet of altitude. However, he is itching to fly even higher and get his Private Pilot License-Glider!
